Larry H. Weinberg
 Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Weinberg originally joined Viscogliosi Brothers in 2003 as its Director of Administration and Operations, in that capacity he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm.  Mr. Weinberg has been employed in the investment banking industry in a range of senior executive and sales-related positions since 1979, including managing director of institutional equities, head of corporate syndicate, head of research sales, senior trader and retail brokerage account representative.  He received a BS in Economics from Arizona State University in 1978 and is qualified and registered with the NASD having successfully passed the Series 7, 24 and 63 examinations.

John M. Donovan Esq.
Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Donovan has been employed in the securities brokerage industry in a range of senior level legal and compliance positions with several major investment banks since 1959.  He majored in finance at Baruch College, received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1971 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.  During Mr. Donovan’s distinguished career he has been a Hearing Officer for the American Stock Exchange; a member of the writers panel for both the NYSE Compliance Examination (Series 14) and NYSE Supervisory Analyst Examination (Series 16); a member of the audit committee for the SIA Legal and Compliance Division; and a member of the Security Traders Association of New York.  Mr. Donovan is qualified and registered with the NASD having successfully passed the Series 7, 24 and 63 examinations.

David I. Biondo
Senior Vice President, Investment Banking
Prior to joining Viscogliosi & Co., David was Director of Corporate Finance at Paradigm Spine, LLC (a Viscogliosi Brothers, LLC portfolio company), a leading spine non-fusion medical device company. Prior to joining Paradigm Spine, David worked for Viscogliosi Brothers, LLC, a merchant bank focused on developing life-changing orthopedic technologies, as a corporate finance associate. Before joining Viscogliosi Brothers, David worked for Distribution Services, Inc., a regional logistics service provider, as General Manager for the Midwest region. David was also an orthopedic research associate at Rodman & Renshaw, Inc. in 1997, and interned at Martin Simpson & Co in 1993. David received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Jason Kuperman, CFA
Vice President Investment Banking
Mr. Kuperman currently serves as Vice President of the Corporate Finance department where he specializes in providing merger & acquisition financial advisory services.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Kuperman served for three years as Corporate Finance Associate at Paradigm Spine, LLC, a venture capital backed healthcare start-up of Viscogliosi Bros., LLC.  Prior to joining Viscogliosi Bros., Mr. Kuperman served in various businesses ranging from public accounting, founding a shipping business, and founding an electronics business.

Mr. Kuperman received the degree of Master of Accountancy from the George Washington University in Washington, DC, the degree of Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, briefly attended medical school in New York, and has studied at Cambridge University and New York University.  Mr. Kuperman is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the Alternative Investments Committee of the New York Society of Security Analysts.  Mr. Kuperman enjoys world travel and has been to over 35 countries around the world.

Ryan Bird
Investment Executive
Upon receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Mr. Bird joined JP Morgan Chase Bank in 2006, managing the operations, sales and security of a branch in Michigan. Adding to his management duties Mr. Bird also developed and maintained hundreds of client relationships through precise sales strategies combined with extensive product and market knowledge.  He has 5+ years of sales experience in the Manufacturing sector as well as 3+ years in client and employee management.  Lastly, having had a spinal fusion in 1998, Mr. Bird has specific insight into the Musculoskeletal/Orthopedic Spine sector.

Ralph Bencivenga, MBA
Investment Executive
Prior to joining Viscogliosi & Co. Ralph worked over six years with Merck & Co. as a Senior Professional Representative.  Before Merck, he worked in the Operations department at Morgan Stanley.  He majored in Biology at the University of Maryland at College Park, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in 2000.  He received his MBA degree with a concentration in Finance and Management from Fordham University, in 2007.  His educational and professional career allows him to effectively interact with clients in the medical and financial sector.
